This video introduces the Mibo Overview page, which provides a high-level snapshot of your organisation's psychosocial health.
Key concepts covered:
Risk-Protective Ratio (RPR) — The RPR is the primary metric shown on the Overview page. It measures the balance between workplace risk factors and protective factors on a scale from -1 (Very Low risk) to +1 (Very High risk). A score near zero indicates moderate risk, where cumulative risk and protective scores are roughly balanced.
Engagement summary — Shows delivery type (e.g., Anonymous) and total completed assessments, giving you confidence in your data sample size.
Top 3 Risk and Protective Factors — Quickly identifies the highest-impact risk factors (harms) such as Workplace Incivility, Cognitive Demands, and Counterproductive Behaviour, alongside the strongest protective factors (buffers) like Co-worker Support, Role Clarity, and Reward and Recognition.
Trauma/Harmful Behaviours Exposure — Lists exposure rates and risk averages for serious concerns including harassment, bullying, violence, discrimination, and sexual harassment.
Estimated Cost of Work Outcomes — Translates psychosocial risk into estimated financial impact per employee and organisation-wide, helping build the business case for intervention.
