This lesson provides a structured approach for presenting Mibo results to leaders, following a logical flow through the platform's key sections.

Key concepts covered:

Step One: Overview — Start with the big picture. Show leaders the RPR score and overall snapshot before diving into details. This orients them to where their team sits overall.

Step Two: Work Climate — Walk through the Psychosocial Safety Climate (PSC) and Respect at Work scores. These indicate whether the organisation's culture supports psychological health.

Step Three: Work Factors — Explain the critical distinction that Exposure ≠ Harm. Review key factors like Unfairness, Emotional Demands, Cognitive Demands, and Productivity Hindrances. Focus on which factors are causing the most harm, not just which have the highest exposure.

Step Four: Work Outcomes — Connect psychosocial factors to business impact — showing how risks translate to costs through turnover, absenteeism, and productivity loss.
